The Sustainability and Strategic Planning Office at Alfaisal University was established by the President in September 2022 to drive the institution's long-term strategic vision and sustainability initiatives. Recognizing the need for a dedicated office to align the university’s growth with national priorities and global best practices, our office plays a key role in ensuring effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement across key areas of the institution.

We are committed to driving institutional excellence, sustainability, and global impact. Our primary responsibility is to lead the development and execution of the university’s strategic plan, ensuring that all initiatives align with both national priorities and international best practices. Through this, we aim to foster a data-driven decision-making culture, support continuous improvement, and integrate sustainability principles into every aspect of the university.

By embedding sustainability into Education, Research & Innovation, Engagement, Operations, and Health & Well-being, we help strengthen and shape a forward-thinking institution.
